Axel Kroell, abgeschlossenes Studium an der Musikhochschule Dortmund, Hauptfach Schlagzeug. Ab 1984 10-jähriger Auslandsaufenthalt in New York, dort tätig als freier Produzent / Arrangeur / Programmierer. Produzierte und arbeitete mit u.a. Wet Wet Wet, Quincy Jones, David Hasselhoff, Arthur Baker, Curtis Mayfield u.v.a. Seit 1994 in München, weitere Projekte produziert mit u.a. Nena, Such A Surge, Grandmaster Flash. Im Laufe seiner Laufbahn hat Axel Kroell für alle Major Labels gearbeitet und dabei ca. 15 Mio Tonträger verkauft. Seit 2001 Schwerpunkt TV u.a. mit der ZDF-Serie SOKO 5113.


Axel Kroell holds a Masters degree in percussion from the Dortmund School of Music. In 1984 he moved to New York City and worked as an independent music producer/writer for more than 10 years. He has produced and collaborated with, amongst others, Quincy Jones, Wet Wet Wet, David Hasselhoff, Arthur Baker, Grandmaster Flash and Curtis Mayfield. Throughout his career Axel Kroell has sold approximately 15 million records and composed the score for close to 200 TV-episodes.
